I’ve lost 20 pounds over the last sixteen weeks.  I couldn’t really tell the difference in the mirror until this week, honestly. I had one of those moments where I was like, Who the fuck is that??

I’ve still got a long ways to go to reach my goal. I will admit that most of my recent loss hasn’t been due to healthy eating or exercising. I haven’t been eating a lot due to stress. I haven’t been really exercising, but I’ve been fairly busy and feel like I am never at home these days.I plan on getting back on the exercise train this week and want to try running a little bit.

    I actually noticed you lost weight awhile ago but didn’t want to say something..sometimes people are sensitive to such remarks.

      Hah. Yea, I know what you mean. I think I would only be offended if people were saying I’ve gained weight. xD
