I think Caity's advice is useful and a great idea (Y) I find it incredibly difficult to be positive at times and to motivate myself to do anything but sit in the house and mope around, haha! I always end up blaming the weather or something daft like that when I know it's all me. I agree with Caity though. Maybe start off by doing small things that you know will make you happy and then build up gradually to the more long-term happy plans :) Have a nice trip home if you decide to go (Y) I feel like this at times. I can't believe how many books you've read in one month! I'm set myself a reading challenge this year and I'm managing two a month at the moment. This post has made me realise I need to get my ass in gear, haha!

That way you are chipping away at things you want to do and things that make you happy and then you can work up to bigger things and it's easier when you're feeling better and more confident after you've got some accomplished things under your belt.
